This morning I had what I don't mind calling one of the best interviews on freelancing I've run across. (You might remember me mentioning it a while back and asking if you had any questions.)

I can't take credit for it though...Michael hit me up on Twitter months ago and specifically requested to talk to freelancers like you so he could help you take full advantage of all the opportunity there is in the multi-trillion dollar real estate market for freelancers to offer support to agents in need. (And trust...from some of the issues he mentioned, the need is massive.)

Honestly, even if your niche is settled, I recommend taking time to listen to both parts of this interview...Michael has so much insight into opportunity, needs of Black real estate agents, tips on breaking in, how to prospect...it's seriously too much to list here...that you'll likely have family or friends who might benefit from the information.
