Rethink sales cycles.
If we’re talking reality, sales cycles (the time between your initial contact with a prospect and them signing) can run from weeks, to years. (I used to work in an industry where it could take 3 years of negotiation and talks to sign somebody.)
Look at your prospect follow-up…if you’re dropping off after just 2 weeks of contact, it’s time to start thinking bigger (or actually,
longer.)
