I’ve been thinking of the best way to start talking about
content marketing for Black e-commerce businesses and it hit me that I’m probably over-thinking it.
I buy from Black online businesses all the time, so
the Buyer’s Journey isn’t a hypothetical for me…I live it!
I know what it’s like to from awareness of the fact that I
need all the jewelry from Black Panther (I just saw it and HAVE to see it at least two more times) to consideration of jewelry designers I follow to making the decision to pick up a few pieces.
That’s the thing about content marketing…it’s really not complicated at all. All it is, is creating content to help visitors move through those three stages—awareness of a problem, to considering options, to making a decision to buy.
