Headlines can make or break the effectiveness of a post and make the difference between an effective email campaign and one that falls flat.
I usually write a minimum of 3 for an email. I’ll do 10 for a longer piece. Some people put together 20.
I really like the tips in this article (especially using magazines for inspiration), but mostly, getting good at headlines is about practice. Take the next opportunity you have to take a little more time with your titles. Your metrics will thank you.
