Master Your Marketing
Titles are everything. Our freelance businesses are about relationships and if you don’t know how the people you work with describe themselves…How do you even start?
If you’re having a hard time figuring that out, come by the Skype group or respond to this email and I’ll help you take some of the first steps.
Job Updates
Even if you don’t see something interesting in this email, don’t forget to click through and search for your keywords. (Also check out the Where to Find Work page for new and old ideas in finding work…remember
that these sites should just be a starting point!)
As always, these posts aren’t recommendations…remember to ask good questions and always work with a contract!
Upwork: Android developers, mount up! There’s an interesting spot for you as well as an SEO blog writer (home improvement) and someone to test Facebook and Google PPC Ads.
Indeed: NickiSwift
is (still) looking for freelance writers on Indeed, but the site also has a spot for a freelance beauty writer, and resume writer.
Guru: Guru’s looking kind of sparse this week, but has gigs for video app updates, creation of a poster and sample panel page (sci fi), and somebody in need of a Django expert and candidate sourcing on LinkedIn.
Freelance Writing Jobs: We’re looking at spots for business journalists, a home study writer, and a video game reviewer.
Don’t forget that these are just highlights to inspire your searches! Check out all the sites yourself — and one more time, these updates much be great, but this shouldn’t be your primary source of work. Get out there are get your prospecting game going!
