I’m gonna be honest. Now isn’t a great time to completely revamp your business.
Even if you’re completely dead in the water, there’s likely something, somewhere you can salvage — by adding a twist to play off the inertia you had before everything hit.
The question is “where?”
We’ve talked about leaning into niches that offer remote services, but you also have a chance to step forward and help your prospects plan and adjust their businesses to a new and changing world.
You’ve probably got ideas and opinions about what’s going to happen in your industry. Sharing those and supporting your current and new clients with that information is how you find new footing and future stability.
