I need to confess something to you about my prices.
While I’ve done great on longer form content like case studies (I get up to $1200 for just a few hours of work) blogs are my weakness.
Sometimes I’ll get that $400 assignment that I can bang out in an hour and go about the rest of my day, but overall? They’ve been the lowest earner for me. (Which is one thing my current coach has been pushing me to do better with.)
That “lowest earner”? That’s what I want to talk to you about today.
Maybe it’s a service, but maybe it’s a niche, or even a specific client. Whatever it is, I KNOW you’ve got somebody or something that just isn’t as good to you as it should be.
This week I want you to name it.
I want you to figure out the lowest hourly earner in your work. This might sound small, but it’s a powerful step, especially if you make it a habit. If you keep an eye out for your low performers, and then make it a habit to work on them, gradually, your business will start to improve in ways you never
imagined.
So where’s your floor? Come post it here, and we can talk about ways to turn that around.
